How support works
- A KILTIZANA-verified agent can help a studio prepare its listings: text, photos, suggested prices.
- Support only starts once the studio agrees, and the studio can stop it at any time.
- No listing is published without the artisan's approval, under their own account.
- The agent has no access to the studio's orders, messages or payments.
