Privacy Policy

1. DATA CONTROLLER
The data controller is JOBOSOFTWARE (John Boisguene, sole proprietorship), publisher of KILTIZANA. Contact for any question about your data: direction@kiltizana.com.
2. DATA WE COLLECT
• Account: name, email, password (hashed, never readable), country, language, currency, optional phone number.
• Orders: delivery addresses, works purchased, amounts, parcel tracking, invoices.
• Workshops: application details, photos, payout details (encrypted) and, if required, identity check (ID and proof of address, encrypted, visible only to the authorised team).
• Messages, reviews, disputes and their attachments.
• Technical data: device, browser, a fingerprint of the IP address (never the plain address for proof of acceptance), security logs.
• Payment: card numbers are never stored by KILTIZANA; they are handled by the payment provider.
3. WHY
• To process orders, payments, payouts and customer service (necessary for the contract).
• Security, fraud prevention, moderation (legitimate interest).
• Accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).
• Only with your consent, never pre-ticked: news and offers by email, personalised recommendations. You can withdraw your consent at any time; recommendation data is then deleted.
4. WHO HAS ACCESS
• The Workshop receives what it needs to ship: name, delivery address, order contents.
• Technical providers: hosting, email delivery, payment providers and carriers, when they are enabled.
• No artificial intelligence provider receives any data today. If an assistant is enabled, this policy will be updated first.
• Authorities, on legal request.
• Your data is never sold.
5. TRANSFERS OUTSIDE HAITI
Some providers are located outside Haiti (hosting servers, email, payment). KILTIZANA only shares what is necessary.
6. HOW LONG WE KEEP DATA
• Account: as long as it is open. When it is closed, your identity is anonymised.
• Invoices, ledger, disputes: for the period required by law.
• ID documents: destroyed after the period set in the verification settings.
• Visual search photos: deleted after a few minutes.
• Conversations with the help assistant: purged automatically.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
From My account → Privacy (/compte/confidentialite), you can: see and sign out your devices, manage your consents, download a copy of your data. You can also correct your profile, close your account, or write to direction@kiltizana.com for any other request (access, correction, objection, deletion within legal limits).
8. SECURITY
Encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, two-factor authentication, encrypted sensitive data, team access limited by role and logged.
9. COOKIES
The site only uses necessary cookies: session, security, cart, language and currency. No advertising or audience measurement cookie is used without your consent.
10. MINORS
The site is not intended for people under 18 for selling. KILTIZANA does not knowingly collect data from minors without parental consent.
