How does a dispute work?

A dispute opens a thread reserved for you, the workshop and KILTIZANA mediation. The workshop has a deadline to answer; then a neutral mediator decides (full, partial or no refund) and the decision is sent to you. Each party may appeal once, within the stated period: the appeal is reviewed by another person.
